How long does moderation take?
Usually under 24 hours. If you've waited longer, email us and we'll check on it.
My listing was rejected, what now?
Go to My Listings → Rejected tab — we explain the reason and you can fix and resubmit.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime, from Settings. All your data is permanently removed.
Is NIVI free?
Yes. The basic marketplace is fully free. Optional paid features (promoted listings, business subscriptions) are clearly labelled.
